Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to onboard new clients smoothly, ensuring they experience the value of our services right from the start. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them understand our offerings, including SEO, social media advertising, and more. This role is critical in building long-term relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process for services such as SEO and social media advertising. Ensure they understand the value and process of each service.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for new clients, providing consistent updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and services are delivered as promised.
- Account Management: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals and tailor the onboarding experience to meet these needs.
- Follow-Up & Retention: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and address any issues.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in client management, customer success, or account management in a digital marketing environment is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media advertising, and PPC is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple clients and responsibilities efficiently.
