π Job Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive(Field Sales), you will directly meet and pitch to business owners, demonstrate the power of the Neo Website platform, and close deals that help them grow online. This is a target-driven, high-reward field sales opportunity.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach SMEs, local service providers, and small retailers in your assigned area
- Explain the benefits of Neo Website in simple terms and conduct product demos
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
- Maintain daily sales activity logs and reports
- Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (FMCG, BFSI, digital marketing, SaaS preferred)
- Good communication in Marathi + basic English/Hindi
- Tech-savvy and familiar with smartphones, websites, and online tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler.
