Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hiring Manager to oversee our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and hiring metrics. This role requires strong interpersonal and decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms and job portals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates effectively.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
  • Enhance employer branding through social media and networking efforts.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and freelancers as needed.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
     

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Experience in IT/Tech hiring is highly preferred.
